Today I did a broadcast of our easy vegan cookout which consisted of Hillary’s Adzuki Bean Burgers with some organic buns! We also made a side of grilled fingerling potatoes I bought from the farmers market. I just cut up the potatoes and half of a yellow onion, add some roasted garlic I had leftover, and then tossed them with olive oil and salt and pepper. Then just wrap them up in some heavy duty tin foil and throw on the grill for about 40 minutes (try them along the way because it will depend on your grill). I just have a small charcoal grill (this one) which we burn hardwood charcoal in and it produces the best flavor, so much better than gas (although not as convenient)! Well worth it though!
I also had some yummy Shiner Prickly Pear beer, which I’d never tried before. For dessert I had my newest favorite vegan ice cream, So Delicious Salted Caramel Cluster Cashew Milk Ice Cream!! Highly recommended : )
